Breakers, next to the beach in New Polzeath. The holiday home is situated in a stunning beachside location with amazing sea views at the Pentire Point end of Atlantic Terrace. The holiday property commands stunning sea views across the bay and surrounding headlands.

Breakers is just five meters from the beach and rocks of Polzeath's famous family friendly surfing beach; which can be accessed via Atlantic steps. Polzeath has a renowned extensive surf beach which is suitable for all forms of surfing. Surf lessons are available on the beach.

Breakers is a private residence which is offered to rent for fourteen weeks of the year.

  • Adjacent to the Beach - sea Views.
  • Sleeps 10
  • Double bedroom 1, Double bedroom 2. Double bedroom with en-suite shower. Twin single bed room with en-suite Jack/Jill shower, Twin double bed room
  • Bookings are a minimum of one week but check in and checkout days of the week are flexible.
  • A 25% deposit is required with balance payable 8 weeks before commencement of booking.
  • The house is available from 3pm on day of check in and 10am of day of departure.
  • All linen and towels are included in the rent.
  • Beds are all made up.
  • Beach towels are not included.
  • Electricity and heating oil are included with the rent.
  • The house is equipped with internet and password is provided.
  • The house has three WC's, three indoor showers, one outdoor shower and one main bathroom.
  • Sadly no dogs

Holiday Accommodation

The house is on three floors.

Ground floor comprises: Entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and WC.

First floor comprises: Main bathroom, Double bedroom 1, Double bedroom 2.

Second floor comprises: Double bedroom with en-suite shower. Twin single bed room with en-suite Jack/Jill shower. Twin double bed room with en-suite Jack/Jill shower.

The outside patio is accessed either via the front garden or via the dining room through the sun lounge. The outside table and benches seat ten people.

There is free 24 hour public parking opposite the house on Atlantic Terrace.
